The 55 Program

The Doctor's Diet 55 Program is specifically designed for less active women who want to lose more than 15 lbs. On this program, you will lose approximately 2.5-4 pounds per week (usually greater for the first week or so due to fluid shifts).

Because of this rapid weight loss, theDoctor's Diet 55 Program must be medically monitored. Even when you're included in our Take Shape for Life supervised program we still recommend you seeing your own physician, especially during the sixteen-week program of rapid weight reduction. If you need help in finding a health care provider, please call us.

The program is based on having 5 meal replacements per day. You should have at least 3 shakes and may use Oatmeal, Supplement Bars, Creamy and Chicken Noodle Soups, Cocoa, or Pro Tea to round out your meal replacements.

You should not eat any other foods while on the Doctor's Diet 55 (unless you are on the S5-1 protocol or instructed otherwise by your Doctor's Diet Practitioner). This rule is based on medical and psychological reasons.

Eating regular foods increases both physical hunger and psychological cravings. Medically, eating can result in stomach pain and unsafe fluid and electrolyte imbalances as well as other complications.

It is extremely important that you consume all the Doctor's Diet Supplements (and prescribed meal, if indicated) each day in order to provide your body with an adequate amount of protein, vitamins, and minerals to prevent loss of muscle tissue and ensure optimal nutritional intake. You jeopardize your health by consuming less than the prescribed amount of the Doctor's Diet Supplements.

The 70 Program

The Doctor's Diet 70 Program is specifically designed for men and highly active women who want to lose more than 15 lbs. On this program you will lose approximately 3-5 pounds per week (usually greater for the first week or so due to fluid shifts).

Because of this rapid weight loss, the Doctor's Diet 70 Program must be medically monitored. Even when you're included in our Health Inventions supervised program we still recommend you seeing your own physician, especially during the sixteen-week program of rapid weight reduction. If you need help in finding a health care provider, please call us.
